Apr. 18th, 2008 05:40 pmAfter Speaking in Tongues, Hoshi was in her room, trying to study but her mind was elsewhere. Somehow, final exams had snuck up on her. So had prom. While finals were something she could prepare for, the prom was another story entirely.
She was going to the prom. Hoshi was certain of that. This time, she figured she would probably be going on her own. It just might be easier that way.

Room 423, Monday evening
Apr. 14th, 2008 08:22 pmHoshi was being lazy. Normally she'd be taking Porthos for another walk before settling in for the night so he would be tired enough to drop off to sleep. Today, however, she got to lay around on the bed and watch Porthos chasing weetiny sheep around the room. At this rate, he'd wear himself out while she was reviewing her notes from mythology class.

Mar. 6th, 2008 06:32 pmHoshi loved her Thursday classes, even if Fandom Invasions managed to find new ways of scaring her each week. (Trolls? Seriously?) Meanwhile, the discussion about mastering one's emotions in Ethics reminded her of how soothing Vulcan meditation was.
The meditation would go a little easier if there was a puppy who couldn't understand it wasn't playtime. He kept bring a rubber ball over to there Hoshi was sitting in lotus position on the floor. "Pst, Porthos. I need peace here," said Hoshi. "Play ball we can later."

Room 423, Saturday morning [2/23]
Feb. 23rd, 2008 11:29 amHoshi was leaving early Sunday morning so that she could get to San Francisco in time for orientation at Junior Cadet Training. That meant she was getting all of her packing done now.
With all the insanity of the last week, she was kind of eager to get away for a little while. The door was open.
