Room 423, Sunday evening

It had been a pretty crazy week, as usual in this place. She even did the social thing. But after classes were over for the week, Hoshi had been ready to kick back and relax. She was currently sitting on the bed with three different foreign language books spread out around her. This was how she relaxed.

Jack knocked on her door. Felt like he slept through the whole weekend or something.

Hoshi, having already listened to the radio, had been drifting off to sleep when she heard someone knocking. She got out of bed and went to open the door. "This better be good because I have a second period class that I need to be up for in the morning," she grumbled.

"Hi, Hoshi. Are you busy?" Jack looked a bit sleepy himself.

"Yeah, I was kind of busy sleeping," said Hoshi, stepping out into the hallway and closing the door behind her. She hadn't checked to see if her roommate was in bed and didn't want to wake her if she was sleeping.

"Oh. Um. I... You want me to come back later?" he asked, nervously.

"That may be a good idea, unless you want to talk about the meaning of dream symbolism," said Hoshi, trying to hold back a yawn.

"Dream symbolism?" He blinked...and had to yawn. "I'll... I'll talk to you tomorrow."
