Room 423, Saturday morning

itsjustlanguageIt was Saturday, and Hoshi really didn't have anything to do today. She was half-awake and debating whether she should just sleep a little longer or get up and head to the library to study. Of course, before she did any of that, she should probably walk Porthos...
"Excuse me, milady, but I'm hungry," said an unfamiliar male voice.
And that's when Hoshi leapt out of bed to find a strange man sleeping at the foot of her bed. "Who the hell are you?" she demanded, wondering why Porthos hadn't started barking at the stranger.
"Milady? I'm hungry. Can I have the yummy stuff that comes out of a can today?" said the strange man, sitting up.
"Oh my... Porthos?" asked Hoshi, as the realization sunk in.
"Yes, Milady?" said Porthos. "Hey, my tail is gone!"
[Establishy. Door closed, but post is open, especially for the roommate.]
