Hoshi's good mood over doing radio the other night was starting to wear off. She was really starting to envy Robin. She was standing in front of her closet in her undies and taking stock of how much she had left in clean clothes. "I can't believe the laundry machines went on strike, especially with all the new students around," she grumbled. Maybe she could turn stuff inside out and wear it, but that thought made her frown even more.

[Establishy. Door closed, but post is open for Amber or the roommate if she's around. Or for a little sibling too.]

"Thanks for telling me. And, hey, thanks for coming over here and letting me know what was going on with Penelope," said Hoshi. "As much as I love keeping up with radio, sometimes you don't get the whole story."

"Yeah," Hurley said. "Plus, you know, gotta keep my big sis up to date."

"Of course!" said Hoshi, grinning. "I need to be sure that my little sibs are all doing okay."

"Oh, if you see a girl named Harper around? She's my little. She's cool," Hurley said.

"Awesome! You've got your own little sibling," said Hoshi, grinning. "I've heard her name on radio. I'll keep an eye out for her."

"I gotta check in on her again," Hurley said. "See if she's been... broken in yet."

"Uh oh. Is she from a different time period?" asked Hoshi.

Hurley shook his head. "I just think she didn't believe me about the weird stuff when I told her."

"It is a lot to take in," said Hoshi. "I'm sure she'll learn really quickly, though. Just look at the fun today with the bathroom stalls."

"Dude, never before has my ability to break into James Brown been useful," Hurley said.

"I sort of cheated and brought a data recording with some music," said Hoshi, looking a bit embarrassed.

"Sneeeeaky," Hurley said. "I shoulda thought about that."

"And deprive the bathrooms of your singing?" asked Hoshi with a smirk.

"Oh, my singing isn't anything special," Hurley said. "Don't believe what Angela says."

"I'll have to ask Angela, then," said Hoshi. "Actually, I just need to meet Angela. Oddly enough, our paths just haven't crossed yet."

"Duuuude," Hurley said. "She's easy to spot. She's the one, like... having the most fun. Anywhere."

"All the more reason why I need to meet her," said Hoshi. "Yeah, don't ask me how we keep missing each other, even with us living on the same floor. I've even made out with her roommate at the Homecoming carnival."

"Dude, Hannibal?" Hurley said. "Niiiice."

"I know," said Hoshi. And unlike the Greek guy from Santorini, Hoshi wasn't likely to forget Hannibal's name.

"I think I should add that to my to do list for next week. Finish homework, find a way to lock up Gunther at the hotel, and meet Angela."

"Yeah. I should add 'make out with Hannibal' to mine," Hurley joked.

"Hey, maybe I should add that back to my list," giggled Hoshi.

"Hopefully we won't try for it at the same time," Hurley said, before busting out laughing.

"That could be pretty awkward!" added Hoshi, still giggling.

Hurley grinned. "I dunno, maybe he's into that sort of thing."

And with that, he was laughing really hard.
